Frogdesign has posted the video from last night's Design Mind event, where Valerie Casey led an excellent discussion with Eric Ryan, the co-founder of Method (the soap). Eric's interview provides a great insight into the dynamics of their startup and the pervasiveness (and value) of their core values.
